What we collect when you contact us, why, and for how long. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are
This website is run by Clarido Data Performance B.V. (“Clarido Data”, “we”, “us”), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42166747. Our registered address is Nieuw Ervensestraat 9, 5674 NS Nuenen, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, write to info@claridodata.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the intake form:
- your name, organisation and email address
- your phone number, if you give it
- what you tell us about your teams, the tools you use now, the parts you are interested in and what you need
- the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it
- your IP address, stored with your request and used to stop automated abuse of the form
We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you want one, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your IP address is used to limit how often the form can be sent from one address, so that bots cannot flood it. That is our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Intake requests are deleted automatically twelve months after we receive them. The counter used against automated abuse is deleted after one hour.
If your request leads to an agreement, the relevant details move into our client records and are kept for as long as that agreement and the law require.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of providers to run this website and our email. Each processes your data only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website, receives the form and stores your request
- Resend — delivers the notification of your request to our mailbox
- Microsoft — hosts our mailbox (Microsoft 365)
This website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
What stays in your own browser
While you fill in the intake form, your answers are saved in your own browser, so that nothing is lost if you close the page by accident. That copy never leaves your device until you press send, and it is removed once your request has reached us.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, or to hand it to you in a usable format. You can also object to how we use it. Write to info@claridodata.com and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
